About the event
This is a 90-minute ALL levels ALL Genders flow (INDOORS) that incorporates fluid movement and breath-work to release what we tend to carry around with us, and refresh the body.
This is a naked class, and a safe space to be yourself. With that being said, if for any reason you would like to wear your underwear to feel comfortable, it’s always yogi’s choice. We encourage a bare naked environment, but understand that things come up along the journey, and we allow you to be yourself.
