About the event
This is a 90-minute ALL levels ALL Genders flow (INDOORS) that incorporates fluid movement and breath-work to release what we tend to carry around with us. Let's let go and release.
This is a naked class, and a safe space to be yourself. With that being said, if for any reason you would like to wear your underwear to feel comfortable, it’s always yogi’s choice. We encourage a bare naked environment, but understand that things come up along the journey, and we allow you to be yourself.
This class includes:
Opening meditation
All levels Yoga sequence
Reiki assists (optional)
Mingle session at the end of practice with snacks included (optional)
Flow of the evening:
Well begin with brief introductions,
Meditation/ Pranayama (breathing)
Yoga
Shavasana (reiki healing optional)
And closing words
Everyone is welcome to stay after for light fruit and refreshments!
**Cost:
Payment is due before class
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. New to yoga and do not have a mat? Not a problem! We have a few extra and you can borrow, please notify us in advance.
Please bring a towel and water.
