About the event
Let's re-connect with nature!
We'll start with an All Levels Yoga Flow to warm the body and then hit the trails for a relaxing hike. We'll close with a brief mediation and chill in the shade to enjoy some fruit and beverages. The weather will be clear and sunny, let's make it count. Bring your favorite fruit/snacks to enjoy. Water provided. Let me know if you need a mat to borrow.
