About the event
This is a non-sexual space to practice Body acceptance and liberation.
We combine mediation, movement, and affirmations to practice loving our bodies as they are today!
We have been conditioned to critize our bodies for not being the ¨perfect size and weight¨ we have learned to compare ourselves to others and critique others for being themselves.
This is a space to break free of old patterns and habits, to practice loving ourselves and others.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
All genders welcome!
