About the event
We are celebrating our bodies in a safe and brave space.
We are releasing old thoughts and body shame to step into the comfort of our bodies.
This class is beginner friendly and open to all!
If this is your first Clothes Free experience remember that the things that are most uncomfortable for us help us grow!
We will enjoy a gentle guided yoga flow at sunset followed by the melodic sounds of Crystal bowl healing and conclude with a Plant based Potluck.
No prior experience neccesary.
Come as you are!!
This is a Clothing Optional Beach so you are safe to be bare :)
