What to expect:
-A brave space to be yourself
-A group of like hearted women
-A safe container to support you on your journey
What to bring:
-Bathing suit
-All white outfit * preferably something flowy (dress/ skirt/ kimono/scarf) ** bring what you have and let us know if you would like to borrow something we can bring things to share :)
-Something for the altar (this is something that speaks to your heart that you would like to give as a gift to the ancestors) Examples: crystals/ sage or palo santo/ flowers/ essential oils/ photos of loved ones etc)
-Something comfortable to sit on i.e mat/ tapestry/pillow/ blanket
-Water bottle for drinking
-Journal/ 2 different color pens/markers
Optional:
-If you have a special gift you would like to offer please let us know
i.e A song, poem, play an instrument
-If you would like to share any of your offerings witht the group please bring your marketing materials i.e business cards/ flyers
