Aloha Ohana, *Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the Month. Welcome soul tribe! <3 We are a group of soulful beings doing our best to practice mindfulness and Aloha on this beautiful Aina. We welcome all Levels and All Bodies to our classes. Whether it is your first time practicing Yoga or you have been practicing for years, we believe yoga is a lifestyle and anyone can be a yogi! *Classes are beginner friendly with plenty of opportunities to add your own flavor for those who want a challenge. We incorporate the power of the elements around us to bring you back to your peace and tranquility. We end our session with sound healing to leave you feeling grounded and rested. Enjoy the gentle caress of Waikiki beach breeze under dancing palms overlooking the ocean. At the end of class enjoy a beautiful sound bath of Crystal Quartz singing bowls accompanied by the melody of original affirmation healing songs. *There is no other class like this in Waikiki using nature, yoga, and sound healing to give you a whole-hearted healing experience. +This group is for locals and visitors who want to be apart of something Magical! ****************************************************************** *ABOUT your Instructor*: Phoenix Soul is a proud Afro Latina from the East Coast, living on Island for 2 years. Phoenix is 500hr Trained Yoga Teacher (English and Spanish). Phoenix has taught in Thailand for 2 years. She is certified in Reiki healing, Trauma informed yoga, and Meditation. She loves to hike and dance! Singing and poetry are her hobbies.

To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of the start time of your session for a reschedule. In the case of emergency on behalf of the instructor reschedule will be available.
