Sunset Stretch & Sound bath

Service Description

Relax and unwind in this gentle movement and sound bath session. We will move for 30 minutes and enjoy the soothing sounds of crystal sound baths for 30 minutes. Mats available upon request. Please bring something for your eyes like a scarf or t-shirt for full relaxation. Aromatherapy available for those who are interested. This is an all levels class. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Look forward to breathing with you. Getting to Class: Please use Google maps to find us: “Phoenix Soul Yoga” on Google Street parking is available. Please give yourself extra time to park. If you are walking. Put in “Waikiki aquarium in your gps”. If you are facing the ocean class is to your immediate right of the aquarium in the park. Mahalo
