**Required 24hr minimum advance booking. 24hr minimum cancellation policy for reschedule. In the case of an emergency on the behalf of the instructor the instructor will provide times for a reschedule. This focus is on your individual goals in yoga. Let me know your specific needs and desires and I will create a personalized curriculum to achieve your goals. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi this offering allows you time to get the most out of your time with personalized instruction. *Clothing is Optional We begin the class clothed and during meditation I offer space to release any clothing. This is optional and there is no expectation. The goal is that you challenge yourself but also honor your self. This also goes to say the student should know the instructor will make intuitive decisions as well at her comfort. Stable WiFi is a must. Set your camera up so I can see head to toe length and width. Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours of the start time of your session for a reschedule. In the case of emergency on behalf of the instructor reschedule will be available.
