This is a soothing blend of All levels Yoga combined with the healing vibrations of a Quartz crystal sound bowl. This session uses the power of movement, essential oils, and sonic healing to elevate your frequency. This therapeutic combination is cultivated to align you with your highest self. Please bring your own mat. *Mats provided upon request only A great way to connect as a group or offerings for a retreat/ workshop for your attendees.
